Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you after order placement.

- • Standard Shipping within Cyprus: 1-3 business days
- • Express Shipping within Cyprus: Next business day
- • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and package dimensions:

- • Free standard shipping internationally
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return options:
Return Eligibility

- • Items must be unused and in original packaging
- • Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective
- • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
Return Process

- 3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions

- 5. Ship the item to the provided return address
Refunds & Damaged Items
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
