Laser Craft CY specialises in custom laser-cut and LED products, including but not limited to custom neon signs, LED mirror boxes (ChromaBoxes), engraved items, and other personalised products.

We make every effort to display our products accurately on the Site. However, colours and dimensions may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in display settings and the handcrafted nature of our products.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products are manufactured to your specifications. Once production of a custom order has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all details carefully before confirming your custom order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our Site are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT (19%) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Viva Wallet, our payment service provider. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and other methods supported by Viva Wallet. All transactions are encrypted and processed in a secure environment.

Your order will only be confirmed and processed once full payment has been received.

5. Orders & Processing

By placing an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been processed. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.

Processing Times

6. Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

• • Express Shipping (Cyprus): Next business day — Free
• • International Shipping (EU): 7-14 business days — Free

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow the delivery progress.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a standard (non-custom) order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@lasercraftcy.com. If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are manufactured specifically to your requirements.

8. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to return non-custom products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Return

• • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product
• • Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged
• • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

9. Warranty

All Laser Craft CY products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• • Normal wear and tear
• • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• • Damage caused by improper installation

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Laser Craft CY and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

When you submit designs or content for custom orders, you confirm that you have the right to use such designs and that they do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laser Craft CY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

In accordance with EU regulations, consumers may also submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
